Are you guys also watching the Season 2 of PDA at ABS-CBN? If yes, who's your bet? I am rooting for Bugoy actually. He's really inspiring. For a commoner like him to be able to pursue his dreams, not letting poverty and looks hinder this, he made miilions of Filipinos dream also. And his voice, man, it keeps on getting better every day. No wonder he is always at the Top 3 every gala night. For last week's performance, he had a duet with Vina Morales, singing Muli by Gary V and Regine V. And guess what? He was given the highest grade ever given to a scholar in the history of PDA 2, 9.80! My favorite Bugoy performance would still be his duet with Liezel, singing an Alicia Keys and Usher original "If I Aint Got You". But all his gala performances are worth watching, I can bet on that...
Three weeks more to go and a new PDA Grand Dreamer will be chosen. Among the 6 remaining scholars (excluding Bugoy), I see Laarni as his biggest threat followed by Liezel. And speaking of Zel, it is such a waste to see her stagnate, as if there's nothing new in her performances. During the start of the contest, Zel was consistently the top scholar but was not able to sustain it. I think the judges are now bored to see the same Zel. As to Laarni, yes she has a nice voice, but she has a major attitude problem. Honestly, I don't like Laarni for many reasons and I don't have to enumerate these one by one. Just watch PDA na lng for you to see what I meant.
